| President | The Mothers’ Club
President’s responsibilities include preparing the agenda, presiding at
Executive Board and General Meetings, approving the budget, coordinating
with Principal and Pastor, and serving as
an ex-officio member of all committees except the Nominating Committee. Sub Committees: Christmas Fund & Graduation Dinner |

| President-Elect |
The President-Elect shall be
elected for a one year term and shall automatically succeed to the
office of President. She shall preside in the absence of the President
and perform the duties of the President in such absence. She shall be a
member of the Parish Council as a representative of the Mothers' Club.
In November, she shall select an Executive Board member to chair the
Nominating Committee. She shall perform such other duties as may be
assigned by the President or agreed to by the Executive Board. Sub Committees: Parish Council, Nominating Committee |

| V.P. Fundraising | The VP of fundraising
oversees all areas of fundraising and presides over meetings in absence of
the President and President-Elect. Sub-Committees: Wrapping Paper Drive, Basketball Marathon, Craft & Bake, and Annual Fundraiser. |

| V.P. Cultural/Educational Enrichment | The VP of Cultural
& Educational Programs oversees the committees that organize cultural and
educational programs for the children and explores any new venues of
Cultural Enrichment. She is responsible for booking all of the
cultural enrichment workshops and assemblies for the students (in
conjunction with the principal and teachers). Sub-committees: Mini Courses, Chess, Famous Artists Program. |

| V.P. Social Events | The VP of Social Events
oversees the committees that organize all the social activities for the
children and the families of the school. Sub Committees: Faculty Welcome Back Breakfast & Lunch, Welcome Back Celebration, Dutch Treat Dinner, Winter Social, Bingo, Mother-Son Event, Father-Daughter Event, Moms Mass & Brunch, Goodwill, Hospitality, and Faculty Year-End Lunch. |

| V.P. Children's Programs | The VP of Children’s
Programs works together with the committees chairs who organize non-academic
enrichment programs and handle all aspects of Children’s Ministry. Sub-Committees: Banking, Santa’s Secret Shop, Ice Skating, Children’s Ministry, High Tea, Uniform/Skate/Costume Exchange. |

| V.P. Literary | The Literary VP oversees all
literary programs and will help to coordinate the updating of the SJS
library. Sub-Committees: Book Fairs, Library Volunteers, Famous Authors, SJ Beagle Newspaper, Birthday Book Program, Chat & Chew |

| V.P. Public Relations | The VP of PR oversees the
committees which enhance communications and fosters good relations between
the Honorary, Active and Associate members of the Mothers’ Club.
Sub-committees: Class Mothers, Publicity, Membership, School Directory, New Parent Liaison, Newsletter. |

| Treasurer | The Treasurer is responsible for writing MC checks, reconciling the bank account, creating budget reports using Quicken and Excel for Executive and General Meetings, maintaining a proper paper trail of all MC financial activity, presenting any financial conflicts or concerns to the president and any other interested party, and collaborating on the following year's projected budget. | Claudia Smith |
| Assistant Treasurer | The Assistant Treasurer is responsible for depositing all checks and giving a detailed description to the Treasurer and also obtaining cash boxes for all events. | Christine Maiolo |
| Corresponding Secretary | The Corresponding Secretary
orders and maintains stationery and supplies, holds the key to Mothers’
Club mailbox, coordinates all informational packets for Executive Board &
Chair people, maintains records of Chairs' committee reports, emails agendas and
meeting minutes, oversees the website, and sends out email blasts. Sub-committee: *Web Site: Annette Russo |

| Parliamentarian | The Parliamentarian consults and advises the President in matters pertaining to the Mothers’ Club and maintains Parliamentary procedures according to “Roberts’ Rules of Order” at all Mothers’ Club meetings. The Parliamentarian is appointed by the President and does not have Executive Board voting privileges. |
