About Our Website


Thank you for your support and patience during our first year using our new website and contact management system through ClubExpress (September 2014 start date).   This system is designed to make our lives easier, increase communication, and make all of our events and programs run more efficiently through registration, automatic payments, and volunteering modules.  As we move into our second year (2015-2016 school year), we hope members will continue to support, learn, and share ideas about our website with others.  Want more info on functionality and using this site?  Click here for the ClubExpress User Guide. 



Emails
The Mothers' Club primary method of disseminating information is through emails - we like to keep our membership abreast of all of the wonderful things that we do!  If you are not receiving emails, please try the following:

     1.    Check your Spam and Junk Folders and mark these emails as "Safe", or "Whitelist" them.
     2.   Add this contact to your Address Book or Contact List:  mailer@mail2clubexpress.com.
     3.   Reach out for help by clicking the Contact Us button on the left hand panel and send us an email.

Computer Issues with Volunteering or Registering for Events
If you are having any issues at all with the above, please make sure the following has been done:

     1.    Starting out with a fresh browser session (Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.), make sure you are logged in.
     2.   Hitting the "F5" key on your keyboard refreshes your screen.
     3.   Reach out for help by clicking the Contact Us button on the left hand panel and send us an email.
     4.   When using Safari browser, make sure you have at least Version 7 installed.
